At Advancement Consulting Ltd, we guarantee that all information of a confidential or specific nature in relation to any aspect of a client's affairs or business strategy which is made available to us or our employees shall not be divulged at any time before, during or after any consultancy work conducted on behalf of a client.
All records in any medium (whether on paper, computer readable or otherwise) including accounts, documents etc. about the client Company made available to or acquired by Advancement Consulting Ltd. in the course of consultancy work shall: remain the sole property of the client, be used for the purposes of the client only, returned at any time to the client on demand: and returned without demand to the client on the termination of consultancy work.
